The Marina Resort Cavtat Real Estate Discovery Centre has officially opened its doors to the public on July 1, 2024. Located at Dr. Ante Starcevica 7 in Cavtat, the Discovery Centre is now accessible 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm. Project Overview
The future Marina will span an area of 8.1 hectares and will include safe mooring for 200 medium to large vessels. This development is designed to offer a mix of luxury accommodations and top-tier amenities, aiming to create a premier resort experience. The special purpose port-marina project in Cavtat is valued at 21.1 million euros.

The new marina is located approximately a 35-minute walk from the Cavtat Harbour, in the direction of Dubrovnik, close in proximity to where Ponta Beach is currently.
Accommodation and Investment
The project will feature a five-star hotel with 260 accommodation units, providing a total of 900 beds. Additionally, the development will include various residential options such as Seaside Villas, Waterfront Apartments, and the exclusive Penthouse Collection. Recognized as a strategic investment by the Croatian government, construction is expected to begin soon, with completion anticipated between 2028 and 2029.
