Built in 1928, Villa Banac epitomizes luxury and elegance. Historically, it was the summer residence of the Duke of Kent and his wife Marina in 1936, adding to its storied legacy. The villa served as the headquarters of the Municipality of Konavle until 2018. After being returned to its original owners, it was sold to Enver Moralić, a prominent figure on the Forbes list of the richest Croatians in 2017. Moralić, who owns several other properties in Konavle, has meticulously restored the villa, incorporating his exceptional art collection into its private gallery.
